After a brief hiatus, we’re starting up again. This time, sadly no longer in Davenport’s Magic Studio, as that no longer exists.
We are meeting in a temporary location in St. Andrews Church. Short St, South Bank, London SE1 8LJ. In a third floor meeting room.
So we’re just getting the band back together again, share some magic, and probably discuss future matters as well.

His first lecture was so awesome, we asked him back to share more of his secrets. You don’t want to miss this!
For over 10 years he has been releasing killer magic effects to the community. (some of them have quite literally been about killers!) With hit effects such as ‘Scared’, ‘GatheRing’ and ‘Phantasm’. And his prolific ‘Dark Series’ consisting of ‘Scream’, ‘The Deceased’,’ and ‘He’s Not Here’, he has established himself as an innovative and sometimes quite odd creator!
In this unique lecture for the London Society of Magicians, Jamie is revealing some of his latest creations! From Rubik’s Cube Mentalism for stage and sharing for the first time his ‘Wonderland Booktest’, to explaining his handlings for PK Touches and sharing his favourite routine with his ‘Vito’ switching envelope!
Of course, there may be a few new darker effects in there too… So we will see you on Tuesday 26th November at Davenports Magic!

Hello everyone!
We’ve got the annual Close Up Magic Competition at our next meeting.
So please come down and see our magicians battle it out for the trophy!
Here’s a reminder of the rules:
1. All paid up Members qualify for entry.
2. The act may be performed from a close-up table or standing on the room floor, but not on stage.
3. Any ‘close-up’ magic technique and effect can be performed.
4. Duration of the Act must between 8-10 minutes.
5. As in all competitions, the winner cannot in future years enter with the same act wholly or in part.
6. Summoning of Demons is strictly prohibited, for health and safety reasons.
